In Chile, thousands of families do not have access to dignified housing, whether because they live in overcrowded conditions, as lodgers, in uninhabitable homes, in camps, or on the streets. Therefore, it is crucial to find strategies that provide swift housing solutions, one of which is through industrialized housing.

For this reason, Déficit Cero, together with the Chilean Chamber of Construction, supports the Industrialized Housing Challenge. This initiative aims to promote the construction of social housing through the industrialized housing method, which reduces construction times and helps decrease waste by optimizing material usage.
